In my humble opinion, I think Soyo on Cactus road has the best spicy tofu soup in Vegas. When I was under the weather or needed some comfort food, I also stopped by here to get tofu soup and various other items. My favorite are the soup (of course), grill squid, kalbi (very yummy and meaty) . The restaurant and its bathroom are very clean (you can tell how clean the restaurant is by looking at its bathroom.) Service is always great and attentive, extra shout out to Marco today, he was wonderful.

Everything was great. Seafood pancake was crispy and fluffy. Meat Jeon combo with Army Hot Pot was delicious. The ambiance is plain but clean and the service is always great.

Loved the food and service Ordered the beef bibimbap. So delicious the bowl is heated at high temperature so some of the rice at the bottom is crunchy mix all the vegetables and yummy

I have been a long time fan of Soyo, and this has been my first time at their newer location. The staff were friendly and patient from the beginning, and open to providing honest advice on their food items. The food was delicious and met all my expectations, especially with their rose tteokbokki and meat jeon. Overall, this place was neat, calm, and perfect for a Saturday lunch outing.

We got in around 6:15pm on a Wednesday night. It wasn't super busy but was starting to get there. We were quickly seated and given menus for food and drink. There was plenty of parking available in front and around, even though this venue shares with other food spots. They offer lunch specials, but also had dinner offerings on the same menu. We opted for the Yuk Gae Jang soup, Soybean Stew with Brisket, Beef Short Rib Soup, Jap Chae with vegetables, Bi Bim Bap Beef, Bul Go Gi BBQ, Soy Garlic Chicken Wings, Lychee Soju cocktail, Jasmine Peach Bomb Soju cocktail, and Green Tea. There were 4 options of banchan that came with the meals. The place was casual and pretty quick with the service. We got all of our dishes with a fairly quick turnaround time. The soups were served pretty hot in clay bowls and were flavorful. The meats were well seasoned and tasty. The chicken wings were actually pretty tasty and crunchy. The drinks were quite tasty and pretty balanced. The food had options of being served as barbecue or hot pot for some dishes. We also didn't really opt for spicy, although it is an option. The volume was medium and the music was a good mix of Kpop, Dance, and other. Although they did offer desserts, we had ordered and eaten so much food. We will have to wait until next time to test out the desserts. Compared to the original Soyo, the offerings are a bit different and limited. But this spot is still quite good. Worth another visit in the future and a delicious time to be had by all.

So happy they open one in the Southern Highland area. I always go to the rainbow location and it's been great. I love their beef brisket / pork belly with house salad. I also love their beef short rib and chicken wings. I just love how close it is to get Korean food. Service was wonderful too!

5/5 - solid food - chill atmosphere - friendly service - lots of Korean food options - decent drink options - lots of parking

The first location I visited was on rainbow and I love that location. This is a smaller location, so they have smaller servings. I would think that since it's the same restaurant they would serve the same stuff for the same price and same size, but apparently not. The food was delicious so that's why I gave it a four and I would come back The service was OK. I had to get up a few times to ask for water, extra rice cakes, etc. so for a small place I expected better customer service. Since it's down the street, I wouldn't mind coming back and giving it another try to see if they improve on their customer service.

One of my favorite restaurants, now closer to my home! I always order the same thing pork belly with house salad and spicy tofu stew - never disappoints! I believe this location has a smaller menu than the Rainbow location, but it has all the essentials. The restaurant is cozy and doesn't get too crowded (yet)! The servers are attentive and keep your table clean. I wouldn't recommend a very large group here unless you call ahead. This is an easy place to meet up with someone for a drink and catching up. It's a "go to" for my husband and some of my friends when we spontaneously decide to hang.

First time here. Smaller than flamingo location. Clean inside and friendly. Not as friendly as Flamingo location but food just as good. The wife and I shared the spicy tofu soup hot pot. It was amazing and I enjoyed it with noodles instead of rice. The youngest kid loved corn cheese and rice. The eldest loved the Korean style chicken wings. The middle son loved the fire chicken and cheese. We didn't get a drink this time so i can speak for the drink section. It's a smaller location than Flamingo and the food did not disappoint. It was just as tasty and flavorful! Thanks Soyo!
